Seamless Delivery Service
As a key part of my customer experience, I'm passionate about ensuring that my delivery service is smooth and seamless.
I use a trusted furniture courier based locally in the Midlands for all of my deliveries nationwide.
I understand that there's nothing worse than staying in all day waiting for a delivery so will always ensure the delivery is agreed in advance.
Once your item has been booked in with the courier you will receive a message from them giving you a 2 hour delivery window. Tracking is also provided on the day once your delivery is on its way to your destination.
All of my furniture is well packaged with care using reusable / recyclable materials where possible such as furniture removing blankets and cardboard.
Blankets can be returned via the courier if unwrapped in situ. Alternatively I'd love it if you are able to reuse the packaging materials or recycle appropriately.
Furniture Delivery Costs
There is an additional charge of £10 for delivery to more far reaching areas such as Cornwall and the Scottish Lowlands.
My courier visits the Scottish Highlands once a month and an additional charge of £20-£30 will be made for these deliveries, including those to Aberdeen.
Please ask for a quote if you require delivery to Northern Ireland.
I'm always happy to combine delivery costs if I can.

We aim to deliver in-stock purchases within 7-10 days of order. This may be subject to delay depending on location, time of year and COVID rules.
Timescales for delivery of commissions will be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
Please do make sure that you have measured your space before ordering your furniture.
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You must use a reputable courier to ensure that the item arrives in its original condition and are responsible for the cost of return.
To start a return, you can contact me. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
